Phase Leader

Godmanchester Community Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Phase Leader to join our committed and welcoming team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented teacher to take the next step in their career, leading a phase while continuing to teach in class.

As Phase Leader, you will:

  • Lead a phase team, supporting teaching, learning and assessment across the year groups.
  • Teach a class within the phase (year group depending on your experience and strengths).
  • Work closely within the senior leadership team to drive high standards and continuous improvement.
  • Model excellent classroom practice and support colleagues with planning, pedagogy and curriculum development.
  • Help to ensure that our school values of kindness and hard work are embedded in all that we do.
