Phase Leader

As Phase Leader, you will:

Lead a phase team, supporting teaching, learning and assessment across the year groups.
Teach a class within the phase (year group depending on your experience and strengths).
Work closely within the senior leadership team to drive high standards and continuous improvement.
Model excellent classroom practice and support colleagues with planning, pedagogy and curriculum development.
Help to ensure that our school values of kindness and hard work are embedded in all that we do.
