Hinchingbrooke School is looking to recruit an Educational Visits Coordinator and Operations Administrator to help support the smooth running of the school.

Contract type: Permanent - 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
Salary: Scale 5 (range 12-17), FTE (range £26,421-£28,770), actual salary: (range £22,497-24,498) 


Hinchingbrooke School is looking to recruit an Educational Visits Coordinator and Operations Administrator to help support the smooth running of the school.  The main role of the Educational Visits Coordinator (EVC) is to ensure the smooth running of our extensive trips and visits programme for all students in the school.  This includes all parts of the process such as planning, communicating with parents, advising staff and completing risk assessments.  Other parts of this role include providing general administrative support to the Vice Principal (Key Operations) and other senior staff in the school.

Great organisational skills, attention to detail and an ability to work to deadlines are key to this role.  Full training will be given to the successful candidate. 

This is a permanent post which will be required as soon as possible.
